What Vustanie Capital is: A private technology platform that lets verified members register capital and opportunities anonymously, and that lets the operator decide which parties should be introduced to one another.
What Vustanie Capital is not: Vustanie Capital is not a bank, a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a fund, a crowdfunding portal or a marketplace for securities. It does not execute transactions, hold client money, take custody of assets, settle trades, manage portfolios or provide investment advice.
No offer, no solicitation: Nothing shown on this site or inside the platform is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial instrument, in any jurisdiction.
No guaranteed return: Target returns recorded against an opportunity are the figures stated by the party presenting it. They are not verified projections, not promises, and not endorsed by the operator. Capital at risk may be lost in full.
Demonstration data: This deployment is a prototype. Members, opportunities, figures and statistics shown are fictional demonstration records created for evaluation purposes.
Verification and screening: Verification performed by the operator is a commercial diligence step. It is not regulated KYC, AML screening or investor accreditation. Integration points for licensed providers exist but are not enabled.
Contact screening: Content submitted to the platform is screened for contact details and flagged for review. This is a deterrent and an audit measure. It cannot and does not prevent two parties from making contact outside the platform.
