Private Access

Capital meets opportunity.

A private network where verified entrepreneurs, investors and exceptional individuals discover opportunities without exposing their identities.

Present an opportunity  →

The principle

The right introduction
can be worth more
than the asset.

Capital is not scarce. Opportunity is not scarce either. What is scarce is the moment at which the two are in the same room, and neither has had to announce itself to the market to get there.

Vustanie Capital exists to arrange that moment. A member with capital never has to publish that they are looking. A member with an opportunity never has to circulate a deck that ends up forwarded three times and priced by strangers. Both sides appear to the network as records, not as people.

The desk holds the identities. The desk decides who meets whom, and when. That control is not a limitation of the product — it is the product.

Exposure is what costs you the deal. Discretion is what earns it.

“Most people do not judge a deal based on the deal itself. They judge whoever brought it.”
— The Desk

The method

Six steps, and only one of them belongs to you.

01

Verified

Every member is verified before they are given access. Identity, business standing and professional history are checked by the desk. Nobody arrives unexamined.

02

Anonymous

Inside the network a member is a number. Opportunities and counterparties appear as anonymous records — never as names, companies, addresses or contact details.

03

Interest

A member registers interest in an opportunity. That interest goes to the desk. It does not go to the other side, and it opens no channel between them.

04

Review

The desk reviews the proposed match against both files: capacity, jurisdiction, standing, timing, and whether the pairing is credible at all. Most are not advanced.

05

Introduction

If — and only if — the desk decides an introduction is warranted, it is made, in stages, with the desk controlling what each side learns and when.

06

Deal

Once both sides have accepted, a private room is opened. Documents, terms and correspondence stay inside it, on the record.

On the desk

This is all a member sees.

No owner. No company. No location finer than a city. Everything else is held by the desk until an introduction is approved.

Nothing is on the desk publicly

Opportunities are shown to verified members inside the network, never here. When the desk has something it is willing to describe in public, it will appear in this form — anonymous, and only ever a summary.

Privacy

You don't need to know
everyone in the room.

You only need to meet the right person.

No public directory
There is no list of members to browse, export or scrape.
No discovery
Members cannot search for, filter or surface one another.
No direct messaging
There is no channel from one member to another. None exists to be opened.
No contact details
Telephone numbers, addresses and email are held by the desk and are never rendered to another member.
No public presence
No profiles, no follower counts, no activity feeds, no social graph.
No unmediated introduction
Every introduction is proposed, reviewed and released by the desk.

Anonymous to the network. Verified to the platform.

Members are verified in full before admission and anonymous to one another thereafter. The desk holds every identity, and every disclosure it releases is recorded against the file.

The network

There is no list. There are only numbers.

The register is not yet published

Vustanie Capital is admitting its founding members. Figures are published when there is something worth publishing; until then this space stays empty rather than filled. What the desk will never do is print a number it cannot stand behind.

Admission

Not everyone
gets in.

Membership is capped deliberately. A network of this kind stops working the moment it becomes large enough to be worth joining for its own sake.

Approval

Most requests are declined. The surest route in has always been to bring something the room wants.

Present an opportunity

Have something the room should see?

Describe what you hold. The desk reads everything itself, and nothing you write reaches a member — or anyone else — before it has been reviewed and you have agreed how it should be represented. Capital is sought by members, not of the desk.

I · The opportunity
Opportunity type
Requests for capital are accepted from members only. If that is what you are bringing, seek admission first.
II · The scale

What the asset, business or arrangement is worth — not a sum you are asking for. Vustanie Capital does not accept requests for funding from outside the network. If you need capital rather than a counterparty, seek admission first.

III · The position
IV · Your information

Your identity and your submission remain confidential. Nothing is presented to members without platform review, and nothing is attributed to you without your agreement.
